Questions Why do I need to register? Our games are free to download and you can play a trial period for free. To continue playing after your trial period has expired you need to purchase a license key. Head over to the home page and click the Buy Now button for the game you wish to buy. Do I get a disc or boxed version of the game? When you purchase a game there may be an option to pay extra for a disc version. If you choose not to purchase the disc then you will only receive a license key via email with which you can unlock the trial version (see above). Can I get a refund? Yes. If you have any issues with the game you have a 60 day period in which we will refund your payment. Please remember that there is a trial period in which to make sure that the game works on your PC and to decide if you like the product. Registration Problems I purchased a license key some time ago but I have lost it. Please email support@newstargames.com with the title of the game, your name and the email address you used to purchase the license. I have purchased a license key but it tells me that the key is not valid. Your license key will only work with the player name that you have registered. Please check that you are using the correct name in the game and make sure that you copy and paste your license key into the game when requested (see above). If that fails please email support@newstargames.com When I enter my license key it tells me that 'the player name is illegal' or 'the license key is illegal'. It is illegal to share license keys or use license keys that you did not purchase from New Star Games. If you are using an illegal license key you will not receive any support.
